Return policy

The return of goods is carried out within 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since the purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange of goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be used and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and have all appropriate tags, price tags and tags.

Please do not send the product back to us without agreeing on the reasons for the return, or if:

– the product does not correspond to its original condition, there are no corresponding tags, price tags and labels, the product is damaged or any part of it is missing for reasons not related to our error.

– a product that was made to order and is fully consistent with the model you ordered, but which simply did not fit you in style or simply does not suit your face.

– a product that is returned 14 days after purchase.

Return

Once your return has been received and verified within three business days, we will send you an email or phone message to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the funds will be credited to the bank card or account you provided within 30 days.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns and do not exchange a custom-made product, since it was not in stock at the time of the order and it was made especially for you, under the order.

We will only indemnify or repair damage to a custom product if the product was damaged in its original condition through our fault. If the damage cannot be repaired, then you will be provided with a gift certificate for an amount corresponding to the value of the goods, which you can use within a certain period indicated on the certificate.

You must report the original damage within 24 hours from the moment you receive the parcel, providing a photo / video confirming this damage.

Promotions, discounts

If the product was marked as promotional, gift or at a discount upon purchase, then when you return the product you will receive a gift certificate for the amount of your return. Upon receipt of the returned product, you will be sent a gift voucher for the value of the product, which you can use within the specified time period indicated on the voucher.

Payment for delivery

To return the product, send it to the address provided by the manager after agreeing on the reasons for the return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be borne by you and will also be deducted from your refund if you did not pay for shipping when the package was shipped.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary.

If you are returning expensive items, you may want to consider taking out insurance with your chosen shipping service. We do not guarantee the receipt of your returned item. We are not responsible for shipping.
