Delivery

We are in Ukraine. Delivery worldwide, except Russia and Belarus.

If your size is not available at the time of ordering, then consider the timing of its production, see the Pre-order section. 

After sending the parcel, a tracking number will be sent to your e-mail (possibly in the “spam” folder).

When the package arrives at its destination, the delivery service manager will contact you at the specified phone number or you will receive an automatic message about the arrival of the package.

1. Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta.

  • Delivery times 1-3 days (from the moment we transfer the parcel to the delivery service*). Delivery cost from $4, depends on the weight of the parcel.
  • Shipping is paid by the buyer upon receipt.

2. Delivery to other countries of the world is carried out by three companies of your choice:

Ukrposhta

  • Delivery times 30 days (from the moment we transfer the parcel to the delivery service*). Delivery cost from $20/€18, depends on the weight of the parcel.
  • Delivery is paid additionally, that is, it is added to the total amount of the order.

EMS

  • Delivery times are 10-14 days (from the moment we transfer the parcel to the delivery service*). Delivery cost from $38/€36, depends on the weight of the parcel.
  • Delivery is paid additionally, that is, it is added to the total amount of the order.

DHL (express delivery).

  • Delivery time 5-7 days (from the moment we transfer the parcel to the delivery service*). Delivery cost from $100/€96, depends on the weight of the parcel.
  • Delivery is paid additionally, that is, it is added to the total amount of the order.

When placing an order, when choosing the required size and color in the product, information automatically appears in the product about whether this size is available or will be made on pre-order.
