Return policy.
- Returns of goods are carried out within 14 days from the date of purchase (receipt). If 14 days have already passed since the date of purchase (receipt), we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange of goods. This condition of return or replacement applies to goods that were in stock at the time of purchase (when placing an order on the website, selecting the desired color and size, the availability status of the product is automatically generated – “in stock” or “pre-order”). That is, if this product is not available, it will be made for you by pre-order, see the Pre-order section.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and have all relevant tags, price tags, and labels.
- After we receive the returned item, we will carry out an appropriate inspection of the item within three working days. We will send you an email or a phone message to notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, your return will be accepted and the funds will be credited to the bank card or account you provided within 30 days.
