Return Policy

Return of products “from stock”.

  • Return of goods is carried out within 14 days from the moment of its receipt at the post office. After this period, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange of goods.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and have all relevant tags, price tags and labels attached.
  • The item to be returned must be sent to the return address indicated on the parcel, after agreeing on the reason for the return.
  • After receiving the returned item, we check its condition within three working days. Once the check is complete, you will receive a notification via email or any messenger about confirmation or refusal of the refund. If the return is approved, the funds will be credited to your bank card or account within 30 calendar days from the date of confirmation. If the inspection shows that the returned product has been used, damaged or has lost its marketable appearance, we have the right to refuse the refund. In this case, you do not lose ownership of the product, that is, the goods will be returned to you.

Return of products manufactured “pre-order”.

Products of proper quality, manufactured “to pre-order” in standard sizes, are not subject to return or exchange.

  1. If a product was pre-ordered and fully matches the model you ordered, has no defects or flaws, but you still refuse it without objective reasons (for example, the style doesn’t suit you or your personal preferences have changed), then unfortunately, this product is not subject to return (Article 853 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).
  2. If the product has manufacturing defects (uneven stitching, fabric defects, etc.), we undertake to correct the defects as soon as possible and resend the product to you.
  3. If you discover any defects, you must notify us immediately, but no later than three calendar days from receiving your order. If you fail to do so within this timeframe, the item is considered to have been received in good condition. In this case, we are not responsible for any possible defects that may arise after receiving the product for reasons beyond our control (Article 853 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).
  4. Products of proper quality, manufactured “to pre-order” in standard sizes, are not subject to return or exchange. An exception is made for items that have a significant manufacturing defect that cannot be corrected (for example, you ordered a white dress, but we mistakenly made a pink one); in this case, you have the right to a full refund or exchange (Article 853 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).

Return of items made to “custom measurements”.

Products of proper quality, made “according to your individual measurements”, are not subject to return or exchange.

  1. If a product made to Custom measurements fully matches our model, but does not fit the figure due to No fault of ours (for example, if you provided incorrect measurements or have certain body features that you did not disclose to us; or if you gained or lost weight during the tailoring process), you can correct these defects yourself by contacting any tailor.
  2. If the product has manufacturing defects (uneven stitching, fabric defects, etc.), we undertake to correct the defects as soon as possible and resend the product to you.
  3. If you discover any defects, you must notify us immediately, but no later than 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. If you fail to do so within the specified timeframe, the goods are deemed to have been received in good condition. In this case, we are not responsible for any defects that may arise after receipt of the product due to reasons beyond our control (Article 853 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).
  4. Products of proper quality, made “according to your individual measurements”, are not subject to return or exchange. Return of corsetry products.

Corsetry products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994.

  1. If the corset you ordered “from stock” has manufacturing defects (uneven stitching, fabric defects, etc.), you have the right to exchange it for a similar product of proper quality.
  2. If a corsetry item was made for you “by pre-order” in a standard size or “according to your individual measurements” and has manufacturing defects (uneven stitching, fabric defects, etc.), we undertake to: correct the defects as soon as possible and resend the item to you.
  3. If you discover any defects, you must notify us immediately, but no later than 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. If you fail to do so within the specified timeframe, the goods are deemed to have been received in good condition. In this case, we are not responsible for any defects that may arise after receipt of the product due to reasons beyond our control (Article 853 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).
  4. Corsetry products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange. The exception is products with a significant manufacturing defect that cannot be corrected (for example, if you ordered a white corset and we mistakenly made a black one). In such cases, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange.

Payment for delivery.

  • The buyer is responsible for shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item. If the buyer does not pay for return shipping, the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The seller is not responsible for the safety and delivery of returned goods. All risks associated with shipping are the responsibility of the delivery service.
