Return Policy

Return of products “from stock”.

  • Return of goods is carried out within 14 days from the moment of its receipt at the post office. After this period, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange of goods.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and have all relevant tags, price tags and labels attached.
  • After receiving the returned item, we check its condition within three working days. Once the check is complete, you will receive a notification via email or any messenger about confirmation or refusal of the refund. If the return is approved, the funds will be credited to your bank card or account within 30 calendar days from the date of confirmation. If the inspection shows that the returned product has been used, damaged or has lost its marketable appearance, we have the right to refuse the refund. In this case, you do not lose ownership of the product, that is, the goods will be returned to you.

Return of products “made to order”.

Products made to order in standard sizes or made to measure are subject to special return conditions. Please see the detailed information in the section Tailoring  or Individual tailoring.


Delivery payment.

  • The return must be sent to the return address indicated on the parcel, having previously agreed on the reason for the return.
  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item. If you do not pay for return shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund for the item.
  • If you are returning expensive items, you may want to consider purchasing insurance with your chosen delivery service. We are not responsible for the shipping of returned items, all shipping risks are borne by the delivery service itself.
