Our brand Sarah Berlin is a manufacturer of its own clothing. Each model is initially made in only a few copies according to the standard Size Chart, and if the required size is not available, we sew them on pre-order. Information about the availability status or tailoring will be reflected in each product when you select the desired color and size, and you can also check the availability status by writing to us in any messenger or e-mail.

If you have any discrepancies between your figure parameters and our table of standard sizes, then we can make any product from our Catalog according to your individual measurements, taking into account your height and other features of your figure – this is individual tailoring.

Price for custom tailoring.

The price for custom tailoring according to your measurements increases automatically by 40% when placing an order, when you select the desired color and size in the product – custom tailoring (this is a separate size in the product). In the same place in the product when placing an order, in the comments, you must enter your individual measurements for this model.

Lead times for custom tailoring.

The manufacture of products from our Catalog according to your individual measurements requires special attention and control of many of our specialists: a designer, technologist, cutter and seamstress, who create model patterns from scratch and fully accompany the entire sewing process, controlling the fit of the product, taking into account your figure features, so that in The final product was beautiful and of good quality. Therefore, the production of products for individual tailoring – a minimum of 7 working days, depends on the model and depends on the load at the time of order. When ordering several products, the production time increases automatically.

Fit according to the figure, with individual tailoring.

  • With individual tailoring, the fit depends on the correctness of your measurements.
  • After you receive a product made to individual measurements (under a contract), and in case of revealing any shortcomings, shortcomings in it (deviations from the terms of the Order), you have the right to immediately, but no later than 3 days from the date of receipt of the order, declare about the identified deficiencies. To do this, you will need to send us detailed photos of the deficiencies you have discovered.
  • Please note that tailoring a product by individual measurements remotely (without a single fitting) cannot always guarantee the desired result due to the exceptional individuality of the figures. But for our part, we will make every possible effort and try to discuss with you all the nuances of your figure in order to make the perfect product for your figure.
  • Deviations from the terms of the Order (deficiencies in the product) that have arisen due to the fault of the Customer (for example, the product does not fit according to the figure due to measurements taken incorrectly by the Customer, etc.), or not dependent on the Contractor (for example, features of the Customer’s figure) can be eliminated us for an additional fee (at the expense of the Customer). The term is negotiated additionally. Or the Customer can independently apply for the elimination of such shortcomings in any studio chosen by him. Product defects caused by the Manufacturer (for example, uneven stitching, fabric defects, etc.) will be eliminated at our expense.
  • A custom-made product cannot be returned, as it is custom-made for the Customer.
  • When manufactured according to individual measurements, the style and design of the product itself does not change, only certain adjustments are made, taking into account the height, proportions and individual measurements of the Customer’s figure. Only minor changes in length are allowed at the request of the Customer, for example, longer or shorter sleeves, longer or shorter skirt.
