We are the Sarah Berlin women’s clothing brand and we produce all our products ourselves.
This is not a mass market: each model is sewn in limited quantities. After all the copies have found their owners, we continue to sew these models to order, even in standard sizes. Each product is created especially for you. Information about the availability status or sewing will be reflected in each product when you select the desired color and size, and you can also check the availability status by writing to us in any messenger or by e-mail.

If you have any discrepancies between your figure parameters and our table of standard sizes, then we can make any product from our Catalog according to your individual measurements, taking into account your height and other features of your figure – this is individual tailoring.

Price for custom tailoring.

The price for custom tailoring according to your measurements increases automatically by 40% when placing an order, when you select the desired color and size in the product – custom tailoring (this is a separate size in the product). In the same place in the product when placing an order, in the comments, you must enter your individual measurements for this model.

Lead times for custom tailoring.

The manufacture of products from our Catalog according to your individual measurements requires special attention and control of many of our specialists: a designer, technologist, cutter and seamstress, who create model patterns from scratch and fully accompany the entire sewing process, controlling the fit of the product, taking into account your figure features, so that in The final product was beautiful and of good quality.

Therefore, when ordering custom tailoring, please note that the manufacturing period is at least 7 working days, depending on the model and depends on the workload at the time of ordering.

When ordering several custom tailored items, the manufacturing period increases automatically (at least 2-4 weeks).

Fitting the finished product to your figure.

  • With custom tailoring, the fit depends on the accuracy of your measurements..
  • Please note that tailoring a product according to individual measurements remotely, without a single fitting, cannot always guarantee the desired result due to the exceptional individuality of figures. But we, for our part, will make every possible effort and try to discuss with you all the nuances of your figure to make the perfect product specifically for your figure.
  • When made to measure, the style and design of the product itself does not change, only certain adjustments are made, taking into account the height, proportions and individual measurements of the Customer’s figure. Changes in the length of the product or sleeve are also allowed at the Customer’s request.

Correction and return.

  1. If the product made according to Custom measurements fully corresponds to our model, but does not fit the figure through no fault of ours (for example, you provided incorrect measurements or you have certain features of the figure that you did not inform us about; or during the sewing process you lost or gained weight), then such defects of the product can be eliminated by us for an additional fee. The term is negotiated additionally. Or you can independently contact any studio to eliminate such defects.
  2. If the product has manufacturing defects (uneven stitching, fabric defects, etc.), we undertake to:
    • Correct the defects as soon as possible at our expense;
    • Send you the product again;
    • Or pay you to correct the defects at the studio, according to the receipt provided.
  3. If you discover any defects, you must immediately notify us of them, but no later than 3 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. If you have not done this within the specified period, the goods are considered to have been received in proper condition. In this case, we are not responsible for any possible defects that may arise after receiving the product for reasons beyond our control (Article 853 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).
  4. Products made to individual measurements are not subject to return. The exception is extremely significant product defects that arose due to our fault and that cannot be corrected in any way (for example, you ordered a white dress, but a pink one was made by mistake), then you have the right to a full return of the product or an exchange.
