Yes, depending on our production schedule. Rush orders require full payment in advance.

I usually wear a size M in other brands. Should I order the same size?

We recommend choosing your size according to our size chart, as sizing and fit may vary from brand to brand. Our tailored silhouettes are designed for a closer fit, while relaxed styles offer a more generous fit. If you’re unsure which size to choose, our team will be happy to assist you via email or your preferred messaging app before you place your order.

Do you manufacture your own garments?

Yes. SARAH BERLIN is an independent Ukrainian fashion brand with its own production. Every garment is designed and carefully crafted in Ukraine.

Like to order a dress. What if the size doesn’t fit?

If your item was in stock at the time of purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days. For made-to-order pieces, 50% of the purchase price is non-refundable. Please see our Pre-order Policy for full details.

Do you offer made-to-measure tailoring?

Yes. We offer made-to-measure tailoring based on your measurements. If your measurements fall outside our standard size chart, simply select Made-to-Measure on the product page, enter your measurements, and place your order.

Do you ship internationally?
