Return policy.

  • Return of goods is carried out within 14 days from the date of its purchase (receipt). If 14 days have already passed since the date of purchase (receipt), we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange of goods.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and have all relevant tags, price tags, and labels.
  • After we receive the returned item, we will carry out an appropriate inspection of the item within three working days. We will send you an email or a phone message to notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, your return will be accepted and the funds will be credited to the bank card or account you provided within 30 days.
  • If you have not received your refund within the first 7 days, please contact us by email with your order details:

Items not eligible for return:

  • a product that is returned 14 days after purchase (receipt);
  • a product that does not correspond to its original condition, the corresponding tags, price tags and labels are missing, the product is damaged or any part of it is missing for reasons not related to our error;
  • a product that was made by Pre-order or by Individual tailoring and fully corresponds to the model you ordered, but which simply did not fit you in style or simply did not suit your face;
  • We will refund or repair damage to a Pre-order or Individual tailoring item if it was damaged in its original condition through our fault. If the damage is beyond repair, then of course you can return it or replace it with another product (from stock or on pre-order), minus the amount of your refund;
  • you must report the original damage within 24 hours from the moment you receive the package, providing a photo / video confirming this damage.

Promotions, discounts.

  • If the product was marked as promotional, gift or at a discount (when purchased from stock), then you can replace it with another product (from stock or by pre-order), minus the cost of your promotional product.
  • Upon receipt by us of the returned item and after it has been inspected for condition, tags, price tags and tags, an appropriate replacement will be made.

Delivery payment.

  • To return or replace the product, send it to the address provided by the manager after agreeing on the reasons for the return.
  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning or replacing an item. If you did not pay for shipping when you returned, then the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund for the item.
  • If you are returning expensive items, you may want to consider taking out insurance with the shipping service of your choice. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item as we are not responsible for shipping (for the transportation of parcels, the delivery service is directly responsible).
