Payment

All current prices are listed on our website. The designation of the price “from …” means that:

  • when ordering small and medium sizes up to and including XL, according to our Size Chart, the price does not change;
  • when ordering very large sizes (XXL +), according to our Size Chart, the price is automatically increased by 30%;
  • when ordering Individual tailoring (this is a separate size in the product, where you then need to enter your individual measurements in the notes) – the price is automatically increased by 40%;
  • that is, by choosing the size and color you need in the product, the price is displayed automatically, and information about the availability or pre-order of this size and color appears.

Terms of order and payment.

  • The order is executed after 100% payment.
  • Payment in Ukraine is made to a bank account provided by the company manager. After payment, the Buyer is obliged to send us a photo of the receipt confirming this transaction.
  • It is also possible to pay online through the site using the WayForPay payment system, using a VISA or Master Card, as well as Apple Pay or Google Pay. In this case, payment notification is automatically sent to us by email and to you by email (possibly in the “spam” folder).
  • Payment is received within a day. Therefore, sending parcels occurs within 1-3 business days from the date of payment. If the product is not available at the time of ordering, then take into account the production time, see the section Pre-order or Individual tailoring.

Cancellation conditions.

  • If you placed an order and paid on the site, but decided to cancel the order and notified about it within 24 hours after payment, then we can cancel the order, provided that the product was in stock and not shipped yet (or the product was on Pre-Order, but has not yet been transferred to cutting and tailoring). If you cancel the order within 24 hours from the date of payment, the money will be returned to your account immediately, within 5 minutes. After the refund, you will receive a notification by e-mail.
  • If you placed an order and paid on the site, but decided to cancel the order and notified about it more than 24 hours after payment, then we can cancel the order, provided that the product was in stock and not yet shipped (or the product was on Pre-Order, but still was not transferred to cutting and tailoring). If you cancel the order more than 24 hours from the date of payment, the money will be returned to your account within 30 days. After the refund, you will receive a notification by e-mail.
  • If you decide to cancel an order that is under the Pre-order or for Individual tailoring and the order has already been transferred to work (for cutting and tailoring), then unfortunately it can no longer be canceled, and a full refund is not made (a partial refund is possible, according to the materials used and the work done on your order).
